I hung out with Dr. Drew Waters today. He is a professor of music at CSU-Monterey Bay, a Canadian and a bass player which means he is especially cool. He was willing enough to let me get a photo of him with his bass in the woods outside his office. We found a nice clearing between the storms today and he just started jamming.
Not long after we left the sky opened up with thunder, lightning and a volley of hail so I guess this is an auspicious start of another project.
